In order for the credit note to be issued, the item must be returned in original packaging, and with all paperwork. The Credit Note is valid for 6 months.

If an item is damaged or faulty, please notify us within 14 days of receipt by emailing us and we will replace or refund any faulty products and pay for the return freight, on receipt and evaluation of the goods by BunBun369 and the manufacturer. Please include all paperwork.
